Circuit workouts that target the entire body: upper, lower & core! Sculpt lean muscle the efficient way with these dynamic, compound exercises that get your heart rate up, and body fat burning!
Before beginning any of these circuits, be sure to watch the entire short video to get an overview of the format and types of movements. Complete the entire sequence in order, and repeat the circuit for a total of 3-4 sets or rounds.
It is recommended you utilize weight increments that challenge you, but are not too heavy for the particular exercise. If you master any one movement or exercise, try going up in weight level to increase not just your strength, but your muscular endurance.
